Parlay & Accumulator Calculator

High risk, high reward. That is the essence of a Parlay (known as an Accumulator or “Acca” in the UK/Europe). By combining multiple selections into a single wager, you can turn a small stake into a massive payout.

Our Parlay Calculator does the heavy lifting for you. It multiplies the odds of each selection to show your total potential return and total profit instantly.

How to Use the Parlay Calculator

This tool is designed for simplicity. You don’t need to do the multiplication yourself.

  1. Enter Your Stake: Input the amount of money you plan to bet (e.g., $10 or $100).
  2. Input Odds: Enter the odds for each “leg” of your bet.
    • The calculator supports Decimal format (e.g., 1.90) by default, as it is mathematically the easiest to work with. If you have American odds, use our Odds Converter first.
  3. Calculate: The tool will instantly show:
    • Total Odds: The combined coefficient of your parlay.
    • Total Payout: The total amount returned to you (Stake + Profit).
    • Total Profit: The pure profit you make if all selections win.

Example of a 3-Leg Parlay

Let’s say you want to bet $50 on three favorite teams winning this weekend:

  • Leg 1: Liverpool to win (Odds: 1.50)
  • Leg 2: Lakers to win (Odds: 1.40)
  • Leg 3: Chiefs to win (Odds: 1.80)

If you bet on them individually, the profits are small. But in a parlay, the math works like this:

1.50 × 1.40 × 1.80 = 3.78 (Total Odds)

Your $50 bet is now multiplied by 3.78:

  • Total Payout: $189.00
  • Total Profit: $139.00

The catch? If just one team loses, the entire ticket loses.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What is a Parlay / Accumulator?

A Parlay (US term) or Accumulator (UK term) is a single bet that links together two or more individual wagers. To win the bet, every single selection must win.

What happens if one game is a tie (Push)?

If one of your selections results in a “Push” (tie) or is voided, that leg is usually removed from the parlay. The bet continues with the remaining teams, but the total payout decreases accordingly. It does not kill the entire parlay.

Is it better to bet singles or parlays?

Mathematically, parlays increase the bookmaker’s edge (margin) because you are compounding the fees of multiple bets. Professional bettors typically prefer single bets for consistency, while recreational players prefer parlays for the chance of a big jackpot.
