Casino RTP calculator

Calculate the return percentage from recorded stakes and payouts, using the same currency for both.

The interactive calculation requires JavaScript. Example: 965 returned ÷ 1,000 wagered × 100 = 96.50%.

What should I enter?

Add every settled stake, including money wagered again. Enter total payouts including any returned stake. Deposits, withdrawals, account balance and net profit are different figures. Use matching records from the same period, with no unresolved bets or unrelated bonus credits.

For future expected cost, use the RTP, house edge and theoretical loss tool. For blackjack rule estimates, use the blackjack house edge calculator.

Frequently asked questions

What is Gambling Calc?

Gambling Calc, also written as GamblingCalc or GamblingCalc.com, is a free collection of calculators for betting, casino games, poker, lotteries, racing and bankroll analysis. Choose a specific tool to see the inputs and assumptions for your calculation.

What is a gambling calculator?

It converts inputs such as stake, odds, probability, paytable or bankroll into a mathematical result. The result may be a payout, implied probability, recorded RTP, expected value, ticket cost or modeled risk; these are different measurements.

Are the calculators free?

The calculators linked here are free to use and do not require an account. No deposit or connection to a casino account is needed to use this page.

How do I calculate actual casino RTP?

Divide total payouts returned by the total amount wagered over the same settled records, then multiply by 100. For example, 965 returned from 1,000 wagered gives 96.50% recorded RTP and a net result of −35 in the same currency. Count every stake, including recycled winnings; a deposit is not turnover.

Can recorded RTP be above 100%?

Yes. Returning 1,100 from 1,000 wagered gives 110% recorded RTP and a net profit of 100. This describes a profitable sample, not a proven advantage in future play. A short session cannot establish the game’s theoretical RTP.

Which gambling calculator should I use?

Use Odds Converter or Parlay for betting payouts; Blackjack Strategy or Decision EV for hand decisions; Craps, Keno or other game tools for their payout rules; poker tools for equity and bankroll risk; and lottery or racing tools for combinations and ticket cost.

Does Gambling Calc predict gambling results?

No. The calculators process the inputs and assumptions you enter. They cannot identify the next spin, card, ball, match outcome or multiplier. A provably fair verifier checks supported completed rounds using revealed data.

Can a calculator guarantee a profit?

No. Accurate arithmetic does not remove uncertainty or turn a negative expected value into a positive one. Expected loss is an average under a model, not a forecast of an individual session. Keep spending and time limits separate from calculator results.

RTP formula reference: UK Gambling Commission: calculating return to player. Recorded RTP and theoretical game RTP are distinct; the formula alone cannot establish whether a game is fair.

18+ only. Set spending and time limits before playing. Browse the responsible gambling tools for budgeting and risk calculations. Calculator results do not guarantee profit.
