Teasers allow you to move the line to cross “Key Numbers.”
- Team A: -8.0 → -2.0 (Crossed the 7 and 3).
- Team B: +2.0 → +8.0 (Crossed the 3 and 7).
Typical Payouts
While every sportsbook varies slightly, standard payouts are:
- 2 Teams: -110 (Same as a straight bet).
- 3 Teams: +160.
- 4 Teams: +260.
Note: In a Teaser, a “Push” (Tie) usually reduces the number of legs (e.g., a 3-team teaser becomes a 2-team teaser). In some books, a Push on a 2-team teaser is a Loss. Check your local rules.
