The Yankee is a classic “Full Cover” bet consisting of 4 selections. Unlike a Lucky 15, it does not include single bets, meaning at least two of your picks must win for you to see a return.
It consists of 11 bets: 6 Doubles, 4 Trebles, and 1 Four-Fold Accumulator.

How to Use the Yankee Calculator
- Odds 1-4: Enter the decimal odds for your four horses or teams.
- Unit Stake ($): Enter the amount per bet.
- Note: If you enter $1, the Total Stake will be $11 ($1 x 11 bets).
- Calculate: The tool sums up the returns from all winning lines.
Example: Yankee vs. Parlay
You pick 4 favorites at odds of 2.00 each. Unit stake $10 (Total $110).
- If all 4 win:
- 6 Doubles: $240
- 4 Trebles: $320
- 1 Acca: $160
- Total Return: $720.
- If 1 loses (3 wins):
- You still win 3 Doubles and 1 Treble.
- Total Return: $200. (Still a profit!)
In a standard parlay, one loss would result in $0. In a Yankee, you profit.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is the difference between a Yankee and a Lucky 15?
The Lucky 15 adds 4 Single bets to the Yankee structure (Total 15 bets). This means Lucky 15 pays out even if only one selection wins, whereas a Yankee requires at least two winners to generate a return.
